Label font size problem
« on: February 04, 2013, 08:52:48 am »
Hello

Recently, I compiled successfully simple GUI app, using Lazarus, for my RPi board. Main form has just button and label and it is GTK application. Application works OK on RPi board (colouring form when button pressed), but when I choose another
label's font size, no matter if I do it by Object inspector or in code - label simply dissapears on RPi.
When I choose for example another color of label font (but not the font's size) in code -it works. Later, I noticed that
font size makes problem with other controls, also and even with canvas.textout (if canvas.font.size is previously changed).
On my Ubuntu VM (ie i386), everything works correctly.
My Lazarus iz 1.0 (cannot adjust 1.1 for crosscompiling) and I successfully used it
for my earlier ARM board (although for simple GUI).
Does anyone have some suggestion ?

Regards

Hi,

did you find a solution to this problem? I am having the exact same problem: cross compiling from i386-arm and my fonts all disappear unless the font size is set for 0.

I'm running out of ideas on how to solve this.

I've built cross compilers for 1.0.8/2.6.2 and 2.6.0/0.9.3.4 and the problem occurs for both.
