Menus on Linux
« on: April 16, 2005, 06:11:42 pm »
Hello people

I'm trying to use a menu widget that has an entry &File for example. The shortcut Alt+f should open this menu but this never works. It only works when no other widget on the form has the focus.

This problem only concerns Linux, on Windows this works find. Does anybody know why?

Thanks a lot!

I believe this is connected with the focus bugs. If so, it's a work in progress...

I've noted the same behavior, Windows works fine, but if another control has focus in linux the alt keys do not access the menu. It still seems to be a problem in 0.98
