how to customizing speedbuttons in menü?

hello,

i have tried, but not found a way to customizing the speedbuttons, they was shown top-left under the main-menu.
i would delete some buttons and add others (i.e. the compile-button). how can i archive this?

p.s. great work, i cant belive that this ide works so smart! have earlier used delphi 2 and then go to c. no i´m coding again in pascal.

At the moment there's no way to customize the speed buttons in the IDE.
