I've done this. Now i don't have the old project opened on the start. But i can't do anything, because of this message. It shows when i launch Lazarus.

The removal of the ~/.lazarus removes the complete lazarus config.
The trouble is that most package systems leave the configuration behind on deinstall, so for a full refresh do:
1. remove the lazarus pacakge in software center
2. remove the ~/.lazarus dir
3. install the lazarus package again. This will probably make some Ubuntu default ~/.lazarus
The lazy would simply manually configure lazarus though. There are only 2 or 3 settings to do.

Hello.
Quote
1. remove the lazarus package in software center
And do not forget to remove fpc as well ( do a
fp
search in synaptic ) ...
Synaptic done, you could also remove the folder
/usr/lib/lazarus
...
And see in
/etc
if there is no
fpc.cfg
or some
/lazarus
folders and remove it ...
