File xor Encrypter

Hi this is my little xor file encrypted it works buy encrypting file using a password, Code is all commented and easy to understand Hope you like it. Comments and suggestions welcome.

I haven't got to see your code yet, but... did you use some sort of a PRNG or you simply encrypted with repeating password (Vigenere cipher style)?
