Hello

I am familiar with Delphi.
I was very happy to find this project (Lazarus).
I have some suggestions for this project.

1. Building a small .exe file as default.
2. Add help support like in Delphi (ctrl + F1) instead of a web.
3. Because every component has it's own license it will be best if the hint on every component will include it's license for example :
TButton - GPL ...
Another option is to group the all the components with the same license.

What for? I thought it would even be better if all checks are on, no optimization, no smartlinking, and full debugging symbols. The default should be development mode IMO, not production. Even in production mode, I don't think everybody wants small executables. FPC has both speed and size optimizations, and that requirement differs from one project to another

You can configure that yourself, either using downloaded html's or chm (using a package under your components folder called chmhelp
