I would invest the work to organize the conference at the University of Applied Sciences in Ulm, Germany. Of course, the help out of the community would be very helpful. The program and the timepoint for the conference is open. From my experience we need ca. 1 year preparation. Ulm is located in the south of Germany near to the Austrian and Swiss border. This program stores information in a text document, making it easy to port data to other databases if needed, or even to modify the data with a normal text editor. ArchivuX is not yet in a stable state. The main part of the program has already been translated in three languages, but it misses some features which will be implemented as soon as possible. At the moment the program is only for personal use, to speed up the creation of HTML pages and their translation, but in the future it will be made versatile so that everybody will be able to use it for their needs.
